Super late reply, haven't been able to log into DA for a minute, but I saw this, and I wanted to tell you the best place on the internet as a whole to make last relationships with artists, in my opinion, is Twitch actually. Twitch has a huge burgeoning creative section, and there's so many people who stream from all different skill levels. If you can find a streamer that you like, you can easily bond with them. Creative streamers are super friendly, and love to talk about their art. It's a fantastic place to make friends, and help establish a community. It's a very small place, so everything feels interconnected after a while as well. I would GREATLY recommend checking out Twitch if you can. I can recommend a few streamers as well. It's where I've spent most of the year, and I've found a terrific community there.
